Rich Swann Found Guilty Following Disorderly Intoxication Arrest

Last June, former TNA Champion Rich Swann was arrested after attempting to enter an apartment. Swann was charged with disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance.

On Wednesday, Rich Swann appeared in court and entered a plea of Nolo-Contendere. This means Swann does not admit or deny responsibility for the charges but waives the right to a trial and agrees to accept the penalty.

The court found Rich Swann guilty of the charges, ordered him to serve six months of probation, and fined $203. Swann was fined an additional $285.38 in related fees.

Swann was suspended by TNA Wrestling last month after the company learned of the arrest. He has voluntarily entered into a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
