New Japan Cup 2024 Day 3 took place at the Baycom General Gymnasium in Amagasaki, Japan.

- Bullet Club (KENTA, Chase Owens & Taiji Ishimori) defeated CHAOS (Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI) and Tomoaki Honma in a Six-Man Tag Team match.
- Just 5 Guys (SANADA, Yuya Uemura & DOUKI) defeated CHAOS (Toru Yano & Tomohiro Ishii) and Ryusuke Taguchi in a Six-Man Tag Team match.
- Guerrillas of Destiny (Tanga Loa, Hikuleo & Jado) defeated Bullet Club (David Finlay, Gabe Kidd & Gedo) in a Six-Man Tag Team match.
- Shota Umino, El Desperado, Boltin Oleg, and YOH defeated House of Torture (EVIL, Jack Perry, Yoshinobu Kanemaru & Yujiro Takahashi) in an Eight-Man Tag Team match.
- Los Ingobernables de Japón (Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi, BUSHI & Hiromu Takahashi) defeated United Empire (Callum Newman, Great-O-Khan, TJP & Francesco Akira) in an Eight-Man Tag Team match.
- El Phantasmo defeated Mikey Nicholls to qualify for the next round of the New Japan Cup.
- Ren Narita defeated Taichi to advance to the next round of the New Japan Cup.
- Yota Tsuji defeated Jeff Cobb to advance to the next round of the New Japan Cup.
