Ronda Rousey has competed in two independent events since leaving WWE last August. Rousey’s first non-WWE match took place on October 26th at Lucha VaVoom Area 51. On Wednesday, she teamed up with Marina Shafir to face Athena and Billie Starkz at Wrestling Revolver’s Unreal.
Last night, Baddest Woman on the Planet made her shocking debut at ROH tapings. Ronda Rousey once again teamed up with Shafir to face Athena and Billie Starkz due to Wrestling Revolver’s bout ending in a disqualification.
The former WWE Women’s Champion got a huge reaction from fans when her theme music played. However, during the match, Rousey received a mixed reaction. One crowd in the arena chanted, “We Want Ronda,” and another chanted, "No, We Don’t.”
