Cash Wheeler, real name Daniel Marshall Wheeler, was arrested by Orlando Police Department earlier today. Wheeler was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.
During Wheeler’s arraignment, the prosecution noted that the incident was "believed to be a road rage incident." Wheeler allegedly "flashed a gun" at the victims.
The 36-year-old has no prior criminal record. Therefore, Cash Wheeler’s bond was set for $2,500. Judge Mark S Blechman ordered Wheeler to turn over any weapon he owned to the Orange County Sheriff's Office within 12 hours of his release.
Judge also ordered Wheeler not to contact the victims or any witnesses.
