Former AEW Wrestler Alleges All Elite Wrestling Has Toxic Women's Division

This past Wednesday, Britt Baker competed against Taya Valkyrie in a singles match. Baker and Valkyrie had a miscommunication during the match which sparked a lot of debate on social media. A few seconds later the match, the production team accidentally showed a sign that read “Book The Womens Division Better.”

An Independent women’s wrestler LuFisto who once competed in AEW issued a few tweets about how toxic the AEW Women’s division is. LuFisto wrestled on the April 6th, 2022 edition of AEW Dark, where she teamed up with Emi Sakura & The Bunny to face Anna Jay, Ruby Soho & Skye Blue in a Six-Woman Tag Team match.

“It's cute how people blame booking for a bad women's division.

Talent with too much power; talent denigrating each other; talent trash-talking potential employees so they never get in as soon as they walk in…

It starts here.

- The one you called FN French Canadian a--hole”

A fan told LuFisto to drop the name. She refused to mention the wrestler and issued the following statement.

“This is the first time I say something publicly after over a year. I'm not going to throw names on an app with limited characters. There are several details and a context to explain the whole story with accuracy, which I'll do when the opportunity arises.”

Another fan told LuFisto she ruined her chance of being signed with All Elite Wrestling. The 43-year-old said the following.

“No worries. No need for such a toxic environment in my life.”
