Yesterday, a concerning news circulated on social media regarding WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler. The report stated that he was rushed to the hospital after suffering a stroke. Lawler then underwent surgery.
After being hospitalized, the people who were close to Jerry Lawler provided many details about his health. Jim Ross said that “He’s obviously weak but I could understand his affected speech. Jerry’s prognosis is positive but he needs all our thoughts and prayers.”
Now, the people who manage Jerry Lawler’s Twitter account posted a few photos of Lawler and stated that the WWE Hall of Famer is currently recovering in a Fort Myers, FL hospital. It was further noted that Lawler’s speaking ability is very limited at this time but with rehabilitation will regain full recovery.
