US President Donald Trump’s National Security Adviser John Bolton is already traveling to Israel to discuss various issues including the Palestinian crisis. Hamas supporters protested with the body of two Palestinians killed in Israeli army firing in a protest rally held on Friday in Gaza.
They gave slogans against the occupation of Israel. More than 270 Palestinian protesters were injured in Israeli forces firing on Friday. Israeli occupation not stopped by the bullets on the unarmed Palestinians.
They have blocked the Northern Eraser border of the Gaza Strip due to obstruction of daily necessities. The Israeli army closed the border on Sunday without any prior announcement. No information was given about how long the border would be closed.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called on Israel to take steps to protect the Palestinians in the wake of the past few months in the Gaza Strip. In a statement on Friday, he called on the Israeli army to stop the oppression of ordinary Palestinians including women and children.
Israel has rejected that. Israeli ambassador to the United Nations Danny Dunne said. He said Hamas should take action to protect the Palestinians. Demonstrations have been applied to the Palestinians in response to Hamas’s attack, said Danone.
But Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that the only ruling party Fatah can have any agreement or decision in Gaza. The Palestinian President also called on Egypt to include Fatah in the negotiation of a ceasefire with Egypt.
Meanwhile, Israel arrived on a surprise visit to the United States President Donald Trump’s National Security Adviser John Bolton. This is Bolton’s first Israeli tour after taking responsibility. He is expected to discuss various issues including the tension in Gaza along with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
